SimCity 3000 Unlimited was an update of the previous SimCity game, SimCity 3000. Created in 2000, it was a very popular game. It had features not initially included in both its precessor and its sucessor. These included Building Architect Plus, and a very complex Scenario Editor, which used Microsoft Office Access.
